Our founder's story

Southern California is a beautiful area, rich in cultural diversity — and Standard Care Hospice was designed to celebrate and serve that diversity. Our founder comes from a Vietnamese family and personally had the experience of wanting more information and communication from hospice, made harder by a language barrier. Because communication is such a vital part of hospice care, Standard Care Hospice maintains a deep, multilingual staff capable of care in many languages — including English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, and more.
